🎥 Watch My Why

I made a quick video explaining why I’m doing this challenge and how you can join me.

What This Is

This isn’t about running every day — it’s about building consistency for 30 days… (and beyond, hopefully 😉 )

Challenge Dates - (This event ended but you can always find an event in most local areas to run)

Start: October 25

End: Thanksgiving Day (November 28)

Finish Line: Your local Turkey Trot (1k, 5K or 5 Miler) (or virtual)

p.s. If this finds you after the challenge ends and you still want to participate, you can still join the Strava group and run a 5k in 30 days. You don’t need a Turkey Trot to prove to yourself that you’ve got this!

The Goal

Move your body at least 3 times a week for 30 days — run, jog, walk or stroller-run —

and cross the (real or virtual) finish line feeling stronger, more confident and more grateful.
